Our photographer is a graduate of the New York Institute of Photography. For years, we have specialized in stock photography, landscapes, figure skating, and architecture. Equipped with more than 15 years of photography experience, we are able to create high-quality images that well represent your home. We are attentive to the features you want to present. Our photographer is a member of the Professional Photographers of America™ (PPA).

Listings up to 3,000 sq.ft : $125

Listings between 3,000 sq.ft and 5,000 sq.ft : $175

The photography packages above include consultation, full coverage photography inside and outside ( extensive yard photography and swimming pool not included), picture editing, 24 hour delivery via email/drop box.

Twilight conversion is available for exterior pictures: $10 per picture

Rates for the construction Diary
​
The construction Diary consist of about 35 pictures taken throughout the construction of a new home or during the restoration of a home. Additional pictures of mementos may be included i.e pictures of contract, checks, blueprint excerpts.....

The pictures are artfully displayed in a 20 page album. We offer three sizes printed by a 3rd party:
